PREPARATION
TRANSFORMATION BEGINS
In the second stage, we see the unique transformation of fiber into yarn. The dyed fibers are mixed and combed several times.
TWISTING
THINER AND STRONGER
At this stage, the carded fibers are stretched and then thinned into a yarn. Due to the twisting process, yarns reach their maximum strength.
WINDING AND REELING
READY FOR ITS NEW JOURNEY…
This final stage of the production process includes final preparations. After winding and reeling steps, yarns turn into balls and bobbings and become ready for their new journey.
